Look forward to inspiring insights, practical examples, and ample opportunity for exchange and networking – all in a relaxed, pre-Christmas atmosphere.

The morning begins with a reception featuring coffee and pastries, followed by a welcome address from the osapiens team. Dr. Max Jungmann then shares valuable insights into authentic and effective stakeholder communication in an interactive keynote address. Afterwards, Vera Zimmer (Caritas) shares practical experience on how sustainable communication in the social sector can build trust and achieve impact.

The morning concludes with an interactive exchange where participants, working in moderated groups, develop their own communication ideas and, through role-playing exercises, step into the shoes of different stakeholder personas – experiencing and reflecting on communication strategies from the perspective of various stakeholder groups.

The morning ends with a relaxed networking session featuring snacks, drinks, and music – the perfect opportunity to forge new connections and strengthen existing relationships.
