Phase-out dates, market bans, and mandatory labels: learn what the F-Gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573 means for your equipment, with legal insights and a live demo in the osapiens HUB.

The F-Gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573 governs the production, import, export, and use of fluorinated greenhouse gases and the equipment that contains them, from refrigeration and air conditioning to foam products. It phases down the EU’s HFC quota and bans the market placement of equipment above set global-warming-potential thresholds from defined dates. Equipment must also carry a label stating the gas type, its GWP, and the CO₂-equivalent quantity.

In this webinar, our legal partner walks you through the key requirements and what they mean for manufacturers and importers of F-gas-containing equipment. We then show you how to put them into practice directly in the osapiens HUB with Product Compliance Management (PCM). The PCM content covers:

  • Market-restriction checks
  • Phase-out and ban dates
  • Label-content structuring

Please note that the session does not cover HFC quota allocation or end-of-life recovery.

Who should attend: Manufacturers and importers of equipment containing F-gases, and compliance teams responsible for product regulation.

What you’ll take away: A clear view of your obligations under the new regulation, and a practical understanding of how to manage them in the osapiens HUB.
