osapiens x Valantic: Supply Chain Resilience by 2027: Preparing for the CER Directive
The EU Critical Entities Resilience (CER) Directive requires Member States to identify critical entities by 17 July 2026. For these entities, the first compliance wave follows in May 2027. Germany has transposed the directive nationally through the KRITIS-Dachgesetz, which will be in force starting the 17th of March 2026.
For operators and their suppliers, this raises practical questions. Are we in scope? Which risks do we need to assess? How do we document resilience measures, and who in the organisation owns them? Starting early leaves time to answer these before the first obligations apply.
In this session, together with our partner Valantic, we will walk through the requirements and show how to implement them in the osapiens HUB.
What we will cover:
- The CER Directive and the KRITIS-Dachgesetz: scope, timeline and key obligations
- What the 2027 compliance wave means for your organisation
- Risk assessment and resilience measures: what to document and how
- Live in the osapiens HUB: how to manage and track these requirements directly in the platform
- Q&A
Who should attend: Compliance, Risk Management, Security, Operations and Supply Chain professionals at critical infrastructure operators and their suppliers.
