Issued a green bond or sustainability-linked loan? See how to structure KPI reporting for your sustainable finance instruments and set it up directly in the osapiens HUB.

Not every sustainability reporting obligation comes from EU law. When a corporate borrower or bond issuer takes on a green, social, sustainability-linked, or use-of-proceeds instrument, the reporting duty is written into the financing agreement itself — tied to the KPIs and targets negotiated with investors or lenders, and benchmarked against capital-markets standards.

For treasury and finance teams already managing these instruments, that means tracking metrics on a timeline set by the instrument itself, often with less structure than CSRD or other EU-mandated reporting, and more manual work to keep it audit-ready.

In this session, we introduce a decision-tree template to help structure that reporting: identifying the instrument type, mapping it to the relevant standard, and organizing the underlying KPI data. We’ll also walk through how to set this up directly in the osapiens Reporting Suite within the HUB, so sustainable finance reporting lives alongside the rest of your data.
