The AI Pioneers Council is a strategic community for osapiens customers working across procurement, compliance, and technology. Members share best practices to unlock more business value from the osapiens HUB platform, discuss how to best leverage the new osapiens capabilities such as digital product passports (DPP) or extended producer responsibility (EPR), and explore how AI can help move their business forward. Through peer discussions, hands-on AI hackathons and direct dialogue with the osapiens product team, customers can test ideas, develop use cases and give feedback on the future of the osapiens HUB and its Agent Factory.

The AI Pioneers Council spans already today a large group of compliance and supply-chain leaders across industries, including Continental, DS Smith, Einhell, Joyson Safety Systems, KAESER Kompressoren SE, Kimberly-Clark, MANN + HUMMEL, Nordex, PERI SE, Würth Group, and many more. The council is designed to grow quickly, targeting more than 50 senior leaders by the end of Q1 2027.

First Convening in Munich
The first inaugural gathering paired strategic exchange with hands-on AI building. Across two days, the council members received an exclusive strategic preview of what's next on the osapiens AI roadmap, the osapiens HUB Store, a new on-demand source for expert-built compliance and regulatory content that lives directly inside the osapiens HUB, and osapiens' strategy for the Digital Product Passport, an area the council identified as one of the most significant near-term opportunities given upcoming EU battery regulation deadlines and the launch of the EU DPP registry. In a hands-on hackathon, the council also designed their own AI agents, which already went live for every council member to test in their production environments. Across the two days, the group arrived at a shared conclusion: one platform, one data model, and AI doing the manual work so teams can focus on what truly matters.
