osapiens, the platform for sustainable growth, continues its strong growth trajectory. In Q2 2025, the software company once again doubled its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) year-on-year, marking another quarter of exceptional performance. This marks 42 months in a row with year-over-year growth of over 100 percent. With over 400 new enterprise customers in the first half of the year, osapiens is now approaching the 2,000-customer milestone. This level of growth is particularly remarkable against the backdrop of increasing regulatory uncertainty in Europe and a backlash against sustainability efforts.
In the last months, osapiens welcomed major brands such as Philips, Mister Spex, Otto, Alnatura, JYSK, Pret A Manger, Iveco, Coca Cola Europacific Partners, and Coop among others as new customers. They join a growing global client base from sectors including food & beverage, retail, consumer goods, healthcare, and manufacturing. With strong traction in Benelux, France, Spain, Italy, the UK, the Nordics, and the US, osapiens is now generating a significant portion of its ARR in non-German-speaking markets – reflecting the rising demand for intelligent solutions that unify regulatory compliance with operational excellence.
This momentum stands out in a market environment shaped by increasing regulatory uncertainty and shifting timelines. The EU Omnibus initiative has delayed the implementation of key sustainability regulations such as CSRD and CSDDD. Although these developments are causing uncertainty, sustainability and ESG compliance are already an integral part of strategic decisions in many companies.
osapiens continues to grow with a long-term perspective. With now over 500 employees, osapiens continues to hire across all key functions and regions. The company is doubling down on its mission: to offer compliance, transparency and efficiency solutions in one platform.
“Many businesses see regulatory delays as a reason to slow down,” says Alberto Zamora, CEO and Co-founder of osapiens. “Our customers take the opposite view: they prepare today to lead tomorrow. They don’t see sustainability as a regulatory burden, but as a competitive advantage. We’re proud to give them the technology and confidence to move forward.”
To support customers’ evolving needs, osapiens continues to expand the capabilities of its osapiens HUB. The AI-powered, modular software platform currently offers more than 25 dedicated solutions, with recent additions specifically developed to address increasing demands for supply chain transparency, resilience, and efficiency solutions. Recent additions are:
Together, these modules strengthen the HUB’s position as the central platform for combining transparency and efficiency. They reduce manual effort, ensure regulatory alignment, and enable measurable progress on sustainability goals.
Backed by global investors such as Goldman Sachs and Armira Growth, and supported by a strong international partner network, osapiens continues to invest in its platform, its people, and the broader sustainability ecosystem. With initiatives like the Sustainability osapiens Summit (SoS) that with over 2.000 enterprises and 170 speakers in Mannheim was by far the largest B2B Sustainable Growth event in 2025 Europe and the osapeers community platform, the company is shaping the future of sustainable business beyond compliance.
