The Passport Effect: Data-Driven Longevity - From Product Data to Smarter Repair and Field Service
Starting with the product data foundation in the osapiens HUB and DPP oLAB, we will follow the journey beyond the point of sale: How can a product scan initiate a service request? How can GYVA enable digital diagnosis and repair workflows? And how can repair events, service partners and product information ultimately connect back into the product lifecycle?
Through live demonstrations, practical use cases and an open discussion, participants are invited to challenge our ideas, share their requirements and help shape what the connected product and repair journey of the future should look like.
Participation is deliberately limited to a small, selected group to create an open environment for meaningful exchange and ensure every participant can actively contribute.
