Before partnering with osapiens, the Schunk Group was working to meet regulatory requirements at both European and national levels – while also fulfilling unique requests from individual customers.

One of the most significant hurdles was the multitude of IT systems operating across different sites. While each system performed well within its own scope, bringing data together for group-wide analysis proved challenging. This created opportunities to improve efficiency: manual data collection and reporting processes were consuming increasing amounts of time and resources, highlighting the potential for a more streamlined and sustainable approach.
