Nils Koch

Nils Koch has been working in the field of hospital purchasing and logistics for over 20 years. In addition, he can draw on several years of experience in quality and process management. As Head of Central Purchasing at SRH, with a focus on healthcare, education and services, Mr. Koch is responsible for the Group-wide purchasing strategy and organization, as well as for a uniform care concept. The focus of his activities is on strategic purchasing, eCommerce, cooperation and project work with the purchasing group, as well as the development, further development and reorganization of all procedures and processes along the entire supply chain. Special services and focal points of action are the development of strategies for digitization, the creation and implementation of individual care and logistics concepts, as well as the further development of hospital purchasing towards value-oriented procurement.

In addition, Mr. Koch is a quality management officer and internal auditor. As a technical expert, he supports the Prospitalia purchasing group in relevant expert circles, and is active as a speaker at various congresses and events.

Mr. Koch is also a member of the “Think Tank” of the Platform Future Hospital Purchasing.
